- 1 large Carrot
- 1 rib Celery
- 1 1/2 cups Wine
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 2 lb Regular ground beef
- 3 Tbsps Olive oil
- 1 Onion
- 4 oz Pancetta
- 1/2 tsps Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 cups Tomato paste
- 1 1/2 cups Milk

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook pancetta, onion, carrot, celery, and garlic until soft, about 10-15 minutes.

Add ground beef and cook until no longer pink. Stir in wine, milk, and tomato paste.

Add salt and pepper.Simmer uncovered for 1 hour, until most of the liquid is absorbed.
