Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: April 29, 2026
Recidex is a participant in the Walmart Creator program (administered by Impact) and the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.
When you tap "Walmart" or "Amazon" on your grocery list, we send you to the retailer's site with our affiliate tracking attached. If you complete a qualifying purchase during the retailer's tracking window, we earn a commission. This does not change the price you pay.
Why we use affiliate links
Affiliate revenue is what allows Recidex to remain free for households. We chose this model deliberately so that the cost of running the app falls on the retailers who already pay marketing fees, rather than on the families who use it. We will never charge you a subscription fee to use core grocery-list, meal-plan, or recipe features as long as affiliate revenue covers our hosting and AI costs.
Editorial independence
We choose which retailers to integrate with based on what makes sense for the families who use Recidex — broad US coverage, fair pricing, no service-fee gouging. We do not write recipe content, recommend recipes, or rank discovery results based on affiliate revenue. Our recipe imports, meal-plan suggestions, and discovery feed are not influenced by which retailer we earn the most from.
Required Amazon disclosure
As an Amazon Associate, Recidex earns from qualifying purchases.
