Ingredients

  • 7.1 oz Angel hair spaghetti- until al dente
  • 3 1/2 oz Bean sprouts
  • 1/2 oz Candlenut
  • 1 2/3 cups Coconut cream
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 2 Tbsps Fish sauce
  • 2/3 oz Galangal
  • 2/3 oz Garlic
  • 3 Kaffir lime leaves
  • 2 stalks Lemongrass
  • 3 1/2 oz Mint leaves
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 3/4 oz Preserved radish
  • 1 serving Salt
  • 15.0 oz Sardine
  • 3 1/2 oz Shallots
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Tamarind paste
  • 1/4 oz Tumeric
  • 1.1 qt Water
  • 1 Bunga kantan
  • 1 serving Bunga kantan
  • 1 Bunga kantan
  • 1 serving Bunga kantan

Directions

    Heat oil in a saucepan and fry pounded ingredients until fragrant.

    Add in water, preserved radish and tamarind paste.

    Add in coconut cream and bring to the boil.

    Add in sardine and kaffir lime leaves.Season with fish sauce, salt and sugar.To serve, put spaghetti in serving bowls and garnish with blanched beansprouts, cucumber, onions, finely sliced bunga kantan and mint leaves.

    Pour hot laksa soup over.
