- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 Shallots
- 1 Tbsp Shrimps
- 1 Tomato
- 1 cup Carrot
- 3 cups Mangoes
- 2 inches Long beans
- 4 Tbsps Roasted coarse peanuts

Pound all the ingredients in a clay mortar using a wooden pestle, then add carrot and mangoes.
