Ingredients

  • 6 servings Fish sauce
  • 6 servings Thai palm sugar
  • 4 Limes
  • 2 To 3 chilli padis
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 Shallots
  • 1 Tbsp Shrimps
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 cup Carrot
  • 3 cups Mangoes
  • 2 inches Long beans
  • 4 Tbsps Roasted coarse peanuts

Directions

    Pound all the ingredients in a clay mortar using a wooden pestle, then add carrot and mangoes.

    Serve chilled with roasted coarse peanuts.
