Ground beef meatballs baked with an oatmeal and milk binder, served with a sweet and savory sauce.

Ingredients

12 servings
  • 1 lbs ground beef
  • 3/4 cup oatmeal
  • 2 unit eggs
  • 1/2 cup onions
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire

Directions

    Blend all ingredients except meat in a bowl. Once sauce is mixed put a 7 lb of sauce per meatball clarife meatballs at 350 for 30 min

    Use remaining sauce to serve with meatballs and rice
