Sugar Cone Waffle

A light and crispy waffle cone recipe made with egg whites, powdered sugar, and flour.

  • 4 oz egg white
  • 7 oz powdered sugar
  • 1 gram salt
  • 4 gram vanilla
  • 9 oz all purpose flour
  • 4 oz melted butter
  • 3 oz heavy cream

    Combine using mixer, egg whites and powdered sugar.

    Add salt and vanilla.

    Add flour and butter intermittently.

    Add cream by itself.

    Put 1 ounce scoop of batter in sugar cone waffle machine.

    Set to 360 degrees Cook until the steam is gone and cone is light brown.

    Form cone around cone mold and enjoy.
