  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 10 Tbsp butter
  • 3 unit whole eggs
  • 3 unit egg yolks
  • 11/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Directions

    Preheat oven to 450ºF. Generously grease Skull Cake Pan with shortening and cooking spray. Make sure to get the shortening in all the nooks and crannies of the pan.

    In a saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips and butter. Stir frequently until melted. Remove from heat and cool slightly.

    Whisk together whole eggs and egg yolks. Beat in powdered sugar. Add cooled chocolate mixture and flour. Mix well.

    Pour batter into the prepared skull cake pan.

    Bake for 11 to 13 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 3 minutes.

    Turn pan over onto parchment lined baking rack. Carefully lift pan up.

    Serve cakes with whipped cream and/or vanilla ice cream.
