Classic homemade meatballs made with ground beef, oatmeal, and eggs, served with a tangy barbecue sauce.

Ingredients

  • meatballs
  • 1 lbs ground beef
  • 3/4 cup oatmeal
  • 2 unit eggs
  • 1/2 cup onions
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire
  • SAUCE
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire

Directions

    Blend all ingredients except meat. Mix with meat by hand, scoop into muffin tin. Makes 12 meatballs.

    Combine sauce ingredients in pan. Bring to a boil. Once sauce is mixed, put a Tbl. of sauce per meatball on the meatballs at 350 for 30 min.

    Use remainder of sauce to eat with meatballs and rice.
