Corn Dip
A creamy, cheesy corn dip with chili powder and cilantro, baked until bubbly.

- 36 oz frozen corn
- 6-8 oz queso fresco
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 tsp chili powder divided
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3 tbls chopped cilantro
- 1 unit lime

Mix together the corn, mayo, sour cream, 1 tsp of chili powder, salt, garlic powder, and 4oz cheese.

Put in 9x13 greased casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 tsp chili powder on top.

Bake in oven at 350 degrees til bubbly. About 30 minutes if your corn was frozen.

While it's still hot sprinkle on the cilantro, remaining cheese and fresh lime!
