- 1.5 lbs Yukon gold potatoes cut and cooked
- 8 oz bacon your favorite
- 0.75 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp stone ground mustard
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp chive
- 2 tbsp parsley minced
- 1 to taste salt
- 1 to taste pepper
