Nanette's Cinnamon Rolls
Homemade cinnamon rolls made in a bread machine or by hand, with a cream cheese frosting.
Ingredients
- 1 unit egg
- 1/4 c butter
- 1.5 c warm water
- 1.5 t salt
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1/4 c dry milk
- 1/4 c potato flakes
- 4 c flour
- 1 T yeast
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 3 T cinnamon
- 1/4 c butter cream cheese frosting
- 1/4 c cream cheese frosting
- 1 unit vanilla frosting
- 1 unit powdered sugar frosting
- 1 unit milk frosting

In bread machine or both: Bread machine on dough setting (1 hr 40 min) or by hand mix: let dough in size, 1 hr 40 min

Roll out in large rectangle. Sprinkle with 1/2 c brown sugar, 3 T cinnamon, mix together

Spread butter over entire rectangle strips before sprinkling w/ the brown sugar & cinn

Add raisins if you want (grease pan)

Roll up, cut w/ thread (makes about 20-24)

Let double in size again before baking

Bake 350°F 10-12 min
