Manicotti
A baked pasta dish with cheese filling and spaghetti sauce topping.
Ingredients
- 1 box box manicotti noodles
- 16 oz container of cottage cheese
- 1 c grated cheddar cheese
- 1 c grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 2 unit eggs
- 1 large pan water
- 1 unit vegetable oil
- 1 unit spaghetti sauce
- 15 oz Ricotta cheese
Directions

Boil large pan of water adding a little vegetable oil once boiling, add noodles.

Boil for approximately 10 mins stirring occasionally so noodles don't stick.

In a large bowl mix half of grated cheeses, salt, pepper, parsley and eggs.

Add cottage cheese and ricotta, mix well.

Stuff noodles with mixture.

Arrange noodles with fingers working one end of noodle to hold cheese (just like putting coins in a coin wrap).

Stuff noodle until full, place in a glass cake pan side by side.

Pour spaghetti sauce over stuffed noodles and top with a rest of grated cheese.

Cover with foil and bake. Uncover the last 10 minutes of cook time.

Bake 350°F for 40-45 min.

Let stand 5 min before serving.
