Ingredients
- 4 cups lukewarm water
- 1/4 cup kosher salt
- 1 package chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
- 1 to taste smoked paprika
- 1 to taste garlic powder
- 1 to taste salt
- 1 to taste black pepper

Brine: Mix 4 cups lukewarm water and 1/4 cup kosher salt. Brine chicken breasts for 30 minutes in fridge.

Prep: Pat chicken completely dry.
