Lyle's Egg Pancakes (Crepes)

A simple egg pancake recipe made with flour, milk, and eggs, cooked on medium heat and topped with butter and sugar.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c Flour
  • 3 c Milk
  • 7 unit Eggs
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Filling
  • 1 cube Butter
  • 1 Strawberries
  • 1 Banana
  • Nutella
  • Peanut butter
  • Powder sugar

Directions

    Preheat pan on medium low heat (3-4)

    Mix all ingredients together minus the butter

  3. 3

    Melt butter on pan. Once coated pour just enough batter to cover the bottom of pan

    Flip crepe half way through cooking

  5. 5

    Fill with fruits, whip cream, Nutella, peanut butter sauce or powdered sugar.
