Hibachi Style Bowls

A Japanese-inspired bowl featuring teriyaki chicken, fried rice, and hibachi vegetables with optional toppings.

  • 2 lbs Boneless Chicken Breast
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 2 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
  • 3 cups Jasmine Rice
  • 1 medium Carrots
  • 1 unit Small White Onion
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Aminos
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 large Zucchini
  • 3 cups Broccoli
  • 8 oz Sliced Mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 1 unit Chipotle Mayo
  • 1 unit Bang Sauce
  • 1 unit Sliced Green Onions
  • 1 unit Sesame Seeds

Directions

    For The Teriyaki Chicken! Pan sear sliced chicken breast with 1tbsp of avocado oil and your listed seasonings.

    Warm a small sauce medium heat and add in the teriyaki sauce.

  3. 3

    Sear all sides of the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each or until internal temps is 165 and chicken is cooked through completely.

    Leave the heat on medium, pour in the teriyaki sauce, and allow the sauce to thicken and coat the chicken evenly. Warm through.

    For The Fried Rice! Spray a medium skillet with nonstick spray. Warm over medium heat.

    Add the rice, onion and garlic and sauté for 2-3 minutes.

    Push the rice mixture to the sides and create a small hole in the middle of the pan. Crack the eggs into the middle and scramble.

    Mix in the rice with the listed seasonings. Mix in the coconut aminos & sesame oil. Set the rice aside.

    For The Hibachi Vegetables! Spray a medium skillet with nonstick spray and heat over medium low heat and add the vegetables and sauté until your preferred softness. Divide the fried rice and hibachi vegetables evenly between four bowls. Top each bowl with 4.5oz of cooked teriyaki chicken.

    Add optional toppings/garnishes and enjoy!
